Tournament of Roses Parade Trip Fundraising
- Raffle for 7-Night Cruise on
Holland America Cruise Lines
Doris Church, mother of Percussion Director Tim Church, is the
winner of the Raffle for a 7-Night Cruise on Holland America
Cruise Lines! The drawing was held August 21st at our Dress
Rehearsal. Students sold $36,000 worth of tickets with 90% of
that going directly into the student accounts!
The Coke sale fundraising event is complete and was
very successful! Overall the band sold 651 cases,
putting over $4,200 into student accounts!
To help our students earn even more credit for their student
accounts, for the month of September only, the Walton Band will
credit 90% of the rebate on gift cards ordered through SCRIP,
directly into student accounts and only 10% will go to the band
account. Scrip orders will be placed on a weekly basis, so
please email Pat Consolo to make arrangements for your order.
