Walton Family Feeding Frenzy (WFFF) this Wednesday!
Join other Walton Band families at The Georgia Rib Company for this month's WFFF on Wednesday, February 15th. If you are a long-time Atlanta resident and remember Jilly's ribs, you will recognize the barbeque recipe. The Georgia Rib Company was a favorite at the Taste of East Cobb last year so come on out and support this restaurant that supports the Walton Band! The Georgia Rib Company is located at 4930 Davidson Road, just behind the Parkaire Shopping Center (Kroger). Please print a flyer from the band website (www.waltonband.org) and hand it to your server in order for the band to receive the generous rebate! See you there!

Bookmiser Bounceback Fundraiser – NEW!!
The Walton Band has teamed with Bookmiser for a win-win fundraiser for the Walton Band and all Walton High School families! This is a simple fundraiser that will save you money on required reading books and raise money for the band at the same time. Here is how it works:

(1) Purchase your required NEW reading books from Bookmiser. All Walton High School required reading books are sold at a 10% discount so you save money immediately.
(2) Tell Bookmiser that you are supporting the Walton Band. Bookmiser will make a donation to the Walton Band equal to 10% of all required reading purchases made by customers who tell Bookmiser they are supporting the Walton Band. (You must mention that you are supporting the Walton Band for us to receive the donation.)
(3) Bookmiser will offer this program through May 1st.

20th Annual Walton Band Garage Sale on March 17th!
Collections are starting to pick up for the annual Walton Band Garage Sale, but we still need more! Let your friends and neighbors know that we'd love their donations and we'd also love to see them at the Garage Sale. This Saturday, February 18 is a drop off day for your gently used goods. The storage center, located in Johnson Square Office Park, will be open from 9 am - 12 noon. Johnson Square Office Park is on Johnson Ferry Road just north of the Target shopping center. Students and parents are welcome to drop in and help unload cars, sort donations, and earn volunteer hours. Any large items can be scheduled for a pick-up by contacting Tony Consolo at tony.l.consolo@lmco.com.

If you can’t volunteer your time for the garage sale, you can still help. Please e-mail Margaret Abrams if you can provide food or drink donations (for the volunteers), or if you can donate a dessert for our Garage Sale Bake Sale. Gift cards will be sold this Tuesday in the Walton Lobby from 7 - 8 pm. Special offers include Harry & David's 3% bonus rebate this week (13% instead of 10%); Marriott 2% bonus rebate this week (10% instead of 8%); Gap $100 gift cards 2% bonus rebate this week (16% instead of 14%); and Overstock.com 2% bonus rebate (10% instead of 8%). If you need an order form, please print one from the website at waltonband.org. The off-season is a great time to build your student accounts for next year's fees . . . and 80% of every rebate goes directly into your student account!

7th Annual Taste of East Cobb is May 5th!
Although the Taste of East Cobb isn't until May, the silent auction and raffle chairs are seeking donations for this Taste of East Cobb fundraiser.
