Tournament of Roses Parade President's Visit
August 19 - August 23
During the President's visit at Walton, we are planning many
activities to promote Walton to the community on our
participation in the Tournament of Roses Parade, January
2010.
Friday August 21, please join us at Walton High School
as we march into Raider Valley and have a dress
rehearsal for our 2009 - 2010 show. Also at the dress
rehearsal we will be drawing the winner of the 7 day
cruise!
Saturday, August 22, plan to be at the Georgia Dome as the
Walton Raiders football participate in the Corky Kell
Classic and our own Marching Band participates in the
halftime show.
We will also highlight our Georgia hospitality by showing
the TOR President what makes Atlanta great by showing some
of our unique attractions. Stay tuned for more information
as we get closer to the date!
